Conegliano is a town located on the Strada del Prosecco – Prosecco Road. Linking Conegliano to Valdobbiadene, the road winds its way through the scenic hills and is a great backbone for planning your wine tasting in the region. While staying deep in the hills will offer the best views of the UNESCO World Heritage site PConegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco region, you can’t beat Conegliano for location. With a direct train from Venice, it’s a convenient base when exploring the region, especially if you don’t have a rental car. Plus, it has a beautiful historic centre with an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, bars and hotels.
